During a travel, “Thank
you” this word are frequently used, people tend to learn how to say
"Thank you" in that foreign language before travel, for example
Bahasa Melayu “Terima Kasih”, Tamil “Nanri”, Frenches “Merci”, Spanish
“Gracias”. Why are people practicing this even before they travel? because during their travel
they can use this to communicate especially the travelers often need
help from the locals. Does this mean we don't need help with our people? Are we saying Thank You to them? I'm not saying we say Thank you only when we need helps from others, the meaning of saying Thank you means we appreciate their help. People able to learn how to say Thank you in a short period of time(travel time), I
bet it is not difficult to say thank you to people around us with our mother
tongue. Imagine travelers smiling to ask for direction from the locals, and
thank them sincerely, I’m sure the whole trip will goes smoothly, and the
travels will enjoy the entire trip.
Actually, everyone
should practice a habit to say Thank you to someone who have helped us, it is
good to show our thankfulness and appreciation. Saying “Thank you” makes a
difference. It takes less than one second to say Thank You but this magic word
can definitely make your whole day and you are actually putting a smile on that
person too. Even to waitress, they serve us food and provide services to us, a
simple Thank You to them can makes people feel great about their job. Some
people may having an attitude and say “we pay for the service, why should we
say thank you? It is their job”. Honestly, basic manners is what the society
really need nowadays, saying Thank you not only make us a better person but
also a better society with full of love. Hopefully everyone can say Thank you to each other and appreciate our society more. Don’t take things for granted, spread positive vibes, and everyone life will be happier. Cheers! And Thank you for your
time to read my blog! =)
